Small Events

Food Vendors

Live Music

Student Competitions

Our Sustainable Initiatives

The festival will have a limited number of waste baskets for non-recyclable and non-compostable products to abide by our goal.

All vendors are required to use BPI-certified compostable bins, utensils, cups, and plates for selling. Vendors who are unable to acquire compostable items will use plastics #1 and #2 ( the only recyclable types).

Tabling organizations have been asked to limit their use of single-use items such as flyers and packaging materials, and if single-use items are necessary all will be BPI-certified compostable or recyclable (plastics #1 and #2).

Why Sustainability Matters

Earth Day is a time to Celebrate and protect our planet, and our goal is for this festival to reflect those values. By reducing waste and prioritizing compostable materials, we can set an example for sustainable event planning while keeping our campus and community green :)
