Small Events
To us, the Earth deserves our love more than one day a year! While our festival on April 11th will be the largest event, we are also hosting a series of events throughout March and April to provide more opportunities for the Tulane community to engage.

Below, we've outlined each of our events. We hope to see you there!

Trivia Night
Tuesday, March 31st
7-8pm
Earth Day-themed trivia celebrating environmental protection, sustainability, and our planet! There are many fun questions about nature, climate, conservation, wildlife, and everyday ways to live more sustainably. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Come join us in the Rat!
Professional Panel
Thursday, April 2nd
5:30-7pm
The Tulane Earth Day Professional Panel brings together professors, students, and industry professionals to share diverse perspectives on sustainability careers. Join us in B-School Room 113 for engaging discussions, emerging opportunities, and advice for students!

Craft Night
Monday, April 6th
2-5pm
Join us at the Labrynth for a fun craft night focused on sustainability, creativity, and environmental awareness. The event will include music, sustainable bracelet and necklace making, and sustainable glass art. During craft-making, we plan to have 1-2 speakers who will share important facts and stories about responsible production and consumption.
Environmental Justice Event
Wednesday, April 8th
6-8:30pm
An interactive discussion on environmental justice in Louisiana, with Katie Moreland from the Tulane Institute on Water Resources Law and Policy. She will guide attendees through the meaning of environmental justice, how water and policy issues shape communities across Louisiana, and why these challenges can look different in different local contexts. This conversation will create space to learn, share ideas, and engage in meaningful dialogue about environmental challenges affecting communities in New Orleans. LBC Room 201.
